Our Services
BRS Technology delivers eight integrated service lines, each backed by AMC support and a documented delivery process. From day one, every engagement runs through a single accountable team based in Okhla, Delhi NCR, whether the project is a single CCTV installation or a full IT-and-security fit-out across multiple sites.
One Technology Partner, Not a Dozen Vendors
Most businesses that grow past a handful of employees end up with a patchwork of technology suppliers: one company for networking, another for CCTV, a freelancer for the fire alarm panel, and an AMC contract with a fourth party who has never actually seen the site. When something breaks, the finger-pointing starts before the fault is even diagnosed. BRS Technology was built around a different model — a single team that designs, installs, and maintains IT infrastructure, surveillance, life-safety systems, and audio-visual technology together, so that the network switch, the CCTV recorder, and the access-control panel are treated as one connected system rather than three unrelated purchases.
That matters more than it sounds. A fire alarm system that isn't coordinated with the PA system's emergency broadcast zones is a compliance gap. A CCTV network that competes for bandwidth with the office Wi-Fi because nobody planned the cabling together is a performance problem waiting to happen. Working with one team that understands how these systems interact — rather than stitching together the after-hours availability of several contractors — is the practical reason most of our clients consolidate their technology spend with us after the first project.

End-to-End IT Services — Infrastructure You Can Actually Rely On
Every other system on this page eventually depends on the network underneath it. Our End-to-End IT Services line covers infrastructure setup, server configuration, hardware procurement, device management, and cybersecurity and network audits — the unglamorous groundwork that determines whether everything built on top of it stays reliable. We plan structured cabling and switching capacity for where a business is headed, not just where it is today, so that adding a new CCTV zone or a second office location later doesn't mean ripping out what was installed twelve months earlier. Firewall setup and network audits are treated as an ongoing discipline rather than a one-time checkbox, because most breaches trace back to a configuration that was correct on day one and silently drifted out of date.
Comprehensive Services — Security and Networking Under One Roof
For clients who want CCTV, access control, networking, VMS software, and a command centre designed as a single coordinated system, our Comprehensive Services line brings all of it under one project plan and one point of contact. This is usually the right starting point for a new office fit-out, a warehouse going live for the first time, or a business consolidating several previously separate vendor contracts. Video management software, camera placement, and access-control credentialing are designed together so that an incident on one system — a forced door, an unusual after-hours movement — can be cross-referenced against footage automatically, instead of someone manually pulling logs from two unconnected platforms.
CCTV Services — Complete Surveillance Coverage
CCTV is often the first system a business installs and the one most likely to be installed badly by an under-qualified contractor — cameras aimed at the wrong angle, recorders undersized for the retention period actually required, cabling run without regard for interference. Our CCTV Services line covers infrastructure setup, surveillance and security design, remote monitoring configuration, and the physical and network connectivity that ties it together. We size storage for your actual retention requirements (which are often set by insurance policy or local regulation, not guesswork), and we configure remote access so that footage is genuinely reviewable from a phone or laptop, not just technically accessible through a forgotten port-forwarding rule.
Fire Alarm Systems — Life Safety, Done to Code
Fire detection is the one category on this list where a poor installation isn't just an inconvenience — it's a life-safety and legal liability issue. We install both conventional and addressable fire detection systems for commercial and industrial premises, sized and zoned to the actual layout of the building rather than a generic template. Addressable systems, which pinpoint the exact device that triggered an alarm rather than just the zone, are typically the right call for larger or multi-floor premises where a faster, more specific response matters. Every installation is documented so that the system can be inspected, serviced, and — if required — demonstrated to a fire officer or insurer without your team having to track down the original installer months or years later.
Public Address Systems — Clear Communication in Every Zone
A public address system that only broadcasts to the whole building at once is of limited use in an actual emergency, where different zones may need different instructions depending on where a fire or hazard has been detected. Our zoned PA systems are designed with emergency broadcast integration in mind and built to relevant NBC, NFPA, and IS 2189 guidance, so evacuation messaging is intelligible and appropriately targeted rather than a wall of noise. Beyond emergency use, the same infrastructure typically doubles as day-to-day paging and background audio, so the investment isn't sitting idle waiting for an emergency that (hopefully) never comes.
Audio Video Solutions — Rooms That Actually Work for Hybrid Meetings
Interactive displays, video conferencing hardware, and AV integration for boardrooms and training spaces are only useful if they work reliably the first time someone tries to use them — a client joining a call fifteen minutes late because nobody can get the projector to hand off from a laptop is a bad first impression. We design AV systems around how the room is actually used: a small huddle space needs different equipment than a 40-seat training room, and a boardroom that hosts client presentations needs different reliability guarantees than an internal meeting room. Installation includes staff walkthroughs, not just equipment left in a box with a manual.
Digital Signage & Active LED — Dynamic Visual Communication
Indoor and outdoor LED displays and centralized digital signage content management let a retail storefront, a corporate lobby, or a manufacturing floor update messaging in real time instead of reprinting posters every time something changes. We handle the display hardware selection (viewing distance and ambient light both matter far more than most buyers realize when picking pixel pitch) alongside the content management platform, so a marketing or operations team can push updates themselves without calling us for every change.
Lifecycle Support — Design, Installation, and Maintenance as One Continuous Service
Every system above is delivered through the same three-stage lifecycle: design, installation, and ongoing maintenance. We don't treat installation as the finish line. A system that's installed correctly but never serviced degrades exactly as fast as one that was installed poorly — connectors corrode, firmware falls out of date, storage fills up silently. Lifecycle Support is what turns a one-time installation into a system that's still performing to spec in year three, which is precisely what our AMC plans (see below) are built to guarantee.
How We Work — Our Service Delivery Process
Every engagement, regardless of size, follows the same four stages. Discovery starts with a site visit or detailed remote consultation to understand the building, the existing infrastructure, and what's actually driving the request — compliance, an incident, growth, or simply replacing something that's failing. Design produces a documented plan: equipment specification, cabling routes, coverage or zoning maps, and a cost breakdown, reviewed with you before anything is ordered. Installation is carried out by our own technicians, not a rotating cast of subcontractors, and includes testing and commissioning before handover — we don't consider a job finished until the system has been verified working, not just installed. Handover includes documentation (as-built drawings, device inventories, login credentials, warranty information) and staff training where relevant, so your team isn't dependent on us for basic day-to-day operation.
Why AMC-Backed Support Matters
Every service line on this page can be backed by an Annual Maintenance Contract, and we recommend it for anything beyond a very small installation. Technology systems degrade in ways that are invisible until they fail at the worst possible moment — a CCTV recorder silently running out of storage, a fire panel battery quietly losing charge, a firewall rule that was correct until a policy update elsewhere broke it. AMC coverage catches these issues on a scheduled preventive visit instead of during an actual emergency, and gives you a documented inspection trail that matters for insurance, compliance audits, and simply knowing your systems are in the state you think they're in. See our AMC Services page for coverage details.
Industries We Serve
Corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail chains, manufacturing plants, hospitality venues, cinemas, and government premises all have materially different requirements — a hospital's access control needs differ enormously from a warehouse's, and a school's CCTV retention policy is not the same as a bank's. Rather than applying one template everywhere, we tailor system design to each industry's actual regulatory and operational requirements. Visit our Industries page for sector-specific detail.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to use all eight service lines, or can I start with just one?
Most clients start with one urgent need — usually CCTV or a fire alarm requirement driven by a compliance deadline — and expand from there once they see how the team operates. There's no minimum project size or requirement to bundle services.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. We're based in Okhla, Delhi NCR, which is where our fastest response times apply, but we take on installation and AMC projects across India — see our Locations page for current coverage.
How long does a typical installation take?
It depends entirely on scope — a single-room AV setup might be a one-day job, while a multi-floor CCTV and access-control rollout for a new office can take several weeks. You'll get a specific timeline as part of the design stage, before any commitment is made.
Can you take over maintenance of a system another company installed?
In most cases, yes. We'll assess the existing installation first — cabling condition, equipment brand and age, and whether it meets current code — and tell you honestly whether it's serviceable as-is or needs remediation before we take on an AMC for it.
Is AMC coverage mandatory after installation?
No, but we strongly recommend it. Systems that go unmaintained fail more often and at less convenient times. Basic, Standard, and Comprehensive AMC tiers are available so coverage can match your budget and risk tolerance.
